This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties involved, and no alterations or modifications shall be valid unless agreed upon in writing by both parties.

Terms of Use : By signing this rental agreement, the Renter(s) hereby agree to the following terms:

Rates :

• Half Day: For rentals lasting 4 hours or less.
• Full Day: For rentals lasting 8-10 hours.

For rates, please contact us directly. Rates may vary from time to time.

Any additional time required for equipment setup or hair and makeup must be accounted for in the rental quote.

A 50% retainer fee is necessary to secure the studio and rental items for the event date. This retainer will be deducted from the final bill, with the balance due on or before the rental date. The date and studio/rental items are not reserved until the retainer and signed rental agreement are received by the Studio. The retainer is non-refundable.

The studio premises are to be used solely for legal business activities. Smoking or alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited inside the building; however, smoking is permitted outside. The Renter is responsible for cleaning the studio space before departure.

Punctuality :

• The lease shall commence and terminate as stipulated in this Agreement, with setup and cleanup activities to be conducted during the agreed hours.
• An additional charge of Rs 500 per hour will be imposed for each hour exceeding the rental terms specified in this Agreement.

Respect for neighbours : The Renter must remain present throughout the rental period, ensuring that the event or session remains within the studio premises. Adult supervision of minors is mandatory at all times. Trash and other items must be cleaned up before departure.

Studio & Equipment(s) Provision : The Studio agrees to provide the studio space as a basic rental, with optional including lighting equipment, props, and furniture, upon the Renter’s request and availability. However, no special guarantees are made regarding the functionality or suitability of the studio for the Renter’s purposes. The Renter may utilize all provided equipment and amenities during the rental period, subject to availability upon prior request. The Studio shall not be held liable for circumstances beyond its control, such as power outages, weather conditions, emergencies, or Acts of God. The Renter must return all equipment, studio space, and furniture in the same condition as provided and promptly report any damage, malfunction, or changes to the Studio.

Damage Liability : The Renter is liable for any damage to equipment, furniture, or studio premises caused during the rental period. Repair or replacement costs must be settled within 3 business days. If damage is caused by the Renter’s employees, contractors, clients, or visitors, the Renter is responsible for covering the associated costs. Failure to leave the studio in its original condition will result in a Rs 500 cleaning fee.

No warranty is provided for rented items being free of defects.

The Studio assumes no liability for any damage or injury resulting from the use of rental items by the Renter or any third party. The Renter accepts all risks of personal property damage or personal injury. In the event of an accident involving rented items, the Renter must notify the Studio in writing, providing details of the incident, including a police report and witness statements if applicable.

Liability : The Renter must obtain a signed Liability Release from all individuals present on the premises prior to studio use. The Studio shall not be held responsible for any injuries or accidents occurring to the Renter, their employees, contractors, clients, or visitors within or outside the studio premises.

• Signed Studio Rental Agreement
• Deposit Payment

Optional :

• Signed Liability Waiver and Releases for all attendees
• Renter’s valid ID proof (aadhar card, driving license etc)

The premises are to be utilized for photography/videography purposes, along with any activities typically associated with such use. The Studio reserves the right to inspect the equipment, studio, and furniture at any time during the rental period. If any provision of the Rental Agreement is breached, the Studio retains the right to revoke the Renter’s access to the equipment and studio without liability, while maintaining the right to receive rent due up to the date of revocation.
